 Processing & Shipping

What is your turn around time?

I ship orders out in 1 to 2 business day.

How long is the shipping wait?

I can only guarantee when I ship my products.  Once shipped it is in the hands of USPS or UPS.  I don't have any control if USPS or UPS are running late due to unknow reasons (weather, pandemic, etc.)  Thank you for understanding

USPS the post office, does advertises First class as 3-5 business days to most US addresses and Priority as 2-3 business days. They are usually on time.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time

Personalization 

Most items you choose your design, background, font, color, etc. when you it customize product when ordering.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because all of our products are custom made to order with personalization, they are not eligible for return or exchange. It is very important that you check and double check your spelling to eliminate mistakes with the custom text.

However, if we make a mistake with your order, or if it is damaged or lost during shipping, we will send a replacement at no charge.

If you receive your item and find that we have made a mistake or if your item was damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the problem.

How do I know when you're having a sale?

Follow us on FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM and join our NEWSLETTER to hear about it first! Newsletter subscribers will hear about sale and new products at least 24 hours before posted on Facebook and Instagram.
